Return Window

- With all included accessories, manuals, and parts
- Free from damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized repair
Non-Returnable Items

- Products damaged due to misuse or neglect
- Items with missing parts or accessories
- Products returned after the 30-day return window
- Items showing excessive wear, damage, or signs of improper use
- Clearance, final-sale, or specially marked non-returnable items

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning your item. Driftbox is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Refunds usually take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges

Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos showing the issue.
We will review your claim and provide the best available solution.
